How do I book you?
Firstly fill in our contact form and tell us all about your wedding, We check our availability on your wedding date, send you an estimate and our booking information. Then simply pay your retainer and that's it! you're booked!
- Where do you service?/ Do you travel?
Yes we're a mobile service! Based in Newcastle, Our brides are spoiled for choice with different venues locally, so we regularly travel to the surrounds including Lake Macquarie, Nelsons Bay, Maitland, Hunter Valley and the Central Coast. As well as destination weddings in Sydney and the Mid-North Coast.
How long will it take?
on the day normally it takes 45-60 minutes per person depending on their desired style or look, that being said we always schedule an hour per person so everyone in your party receives the time they deserve. We always prefer to run early than have you late for your ceremony.
Do you offer hair styling?
No, We've chosen to focus on what we do best. However we know some fantastic local hairstylists that we love to team up with and will happily pass on some names.

What if I don't like the finished look?
While we do what we can to promote positive communication between the artist and client, unfortunately we're not mind readers. If you aren't 100% happy when what we've created when we're finished let us know! and we will try and do whatever we can to change that within any time constraints that may be in place.
Do you take payment on the day?
No, We prefer to have everything paid for in advance, so that your big day is all about you! and we don't have to worry about chasing up payment from anyone.
Do you charge a travel fee?
A travel fee may be incurred depending on location and total travel time. Please get in contact to find out our complimentary travel zones
Do I have to have a trial?
No, But we highly recommend it. Having a trial before your wedding means you'll know what the finished product will look like. and you'll have had the opportunity to give us any feedback to edit the look on the big day (i.e. darker eyes, stronger coverage, ect) Meaning you can relax and feel confident in what you'll receive on the big day.
Will you stay for touch ups?
We definitely can which will be billed at an hourly rate. Otherwise we also have touch up kits available for pre-purchase before your wedding.
